Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

 

1. Booking Confirmation Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received. Payment options for deposits include credit cards and debit cards. We recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For same-day appointments, please call us directly to check availability.

 

2. Deposits For services ranging from $60 to $200, a minimum deposit of $30 is required to confirm your appointment. For larger projects, a deposit of at least $300 is required. Deposits are applied toward your final service cost.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit or a rescheduling fee of $30.

 

4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

 

5. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee. Clients who fail to show up without notice may be required to pay a higher deposit or full payment for future bookings.

 

6. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your full service, but late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying the next appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show, and the deposit may be forfeited.

 

7. Payment The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service and can be paid via cash, credit card, or debit card. Prices are subject to change; however, you will be notified of any changes before your appointment.

 

8. Weather Conditions In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

 

9. Service Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority.
